Most parts come from component manufacturers or their authorized agents. For parts out of stock in China, we work with a small group of vetted independent brokers.
No Substitution, Transparent Quote
We never replace a part on your BOM without your written approval. Substitutes, if any, are limited to up to 10% of BOM line items. Your quote lists the source, unit price, and lead time for each line item.
Hard-to-Find & Obsolete Parts
We help source end-of-life, allocation-only, and out-of-stock parts. You receive the datasheet, the quote, and a sample before you commit.
Suppliers in Multiple Regions
We have suppliers in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. If a part is available in the region, we can usually find it.
Lot Traceability
Every part is tagged with a lot code on arrival, so any future issue can be traced back to its original source.
