taking on prototype and low-volume jobs from local customers.

Passed ISO 9001 quality management system certification.
Documented the full PCBA workflow for the first time.

Introduced the first reflow oven + AOI on the main line,
moving the process from semi-automatic to a controlled production flow.

Installed the first fully automatic pick-and-place machine.
Capacity for higher volume jobs started to open up.

Team expanded to 30+. Added a second SMT line.
Customer base reached 80+, mostly in industrial control and power supply.

Customer count crossed 100. Started serving customers in
automotive electronics and communications on a regular basis.

Added wave soldering and in-circuit test (ICT) to support
mixed-technology and through-hole projects.

Passed IATF 16949 automotive quality management certification.
Began working with Tier 2 automotive electronics customers.

Customer count crossed 200. Cross-border business (overseas)
became a major share of total volume.

Added conformal coating and X-Ray inspection to support
BGA/QFN-heavy and harsh-environment applications.

Passed ISO 14001 environmental management system certification.
Started formal carbon and waste handling procedures

Passed UL certification. Customer base now covers industrial control,
automotive electronics, consumer devices, IoT, and power supplies.

Today, we work with several hundred customers across these segments.
Most new business comes from existing customer referrals.
