Details of the equipment
Our monthly production capacity can reach 500 million smt points by our advanced equipments in our Shenzhen headquarters
Constant Temperature & Humidity Test Machine
It is used to test the various materials like heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance , which make sure our pcb or electronic components are in good condition for pcb assembly
Automatic Solder Paste Printing Machine
Solder Paste printing process is the common way of applying solder paste onto a PCB, which is performed by printing solder paste through apertures in a stencil.
FUJI NXT III SMT Machine
SMT (surface mount technology) machine commonly called pick-and-place machines or P&Ps, are robotic machines which are used to place surface-mount devices (SMDs) onto a printed circuit board (PCB). They are used for high speed, high precision placing of broad range of electronic components, like capacitors, resistors, integrated circuits onto the PCBs which are in turn used in computers, consumer electronics as well as industrial, medical, automotive, military and telecommunications equipment. Similar equipment exists for through hole components .This type of equipment is sometimes also used to package microchips using the flip chip method.
AOI( automatic optimical inspection )
Automated optical inspection (AOI) is an automated visual inspection of printed circuit board (PCB) (or LCD, transistor) manufacture where a camera autonomously scans the device under test for both catastrophic failure (e.g. missing component) and quality defects (e.g. fillet size or shape or component skew). It is commonly used in the manufacturing process because it is a non-contact test method. It is implemented at many stages through the manufacturing process including bare board inspection, solder paste inspection (SPI), pre-reflow and post-reflow as well as other stages.
Reflow Oven
A reflow oven is a machine used primarily for reflow soldering of surface mount electronic components to printed circuit boards .The oven contains multiple zones, which can be individually controlled for temperature. Generally there are several heating zones followed by one or more cooling zones. The PCB moves through the oven on a conveyor belt, and is therefore subjected to a controlled time-temperature profile
Wave Soldering
Wave soldering is a bulk soldering process used in the manufacture of printed circuit boards. The circuit board is passed over a pan of molten solder in which a pump produces an upwelling of solder that looks like a standing wave. As the circuit board makes contact with this wave, the components become soldered to the board. Wave soldering is used for both through-hole printed circuit assemblies, and surface mount.
Constant Temperature & Humidity Chamber
It is used for storing the sensitive components like chips to protect the components not to be oxidize.
First Sample Inspeciation Machine
we use this kind of machine to test first pcb board after assemly to make sure all components are mounted correctly
ICT Machine
In-circuit test (ICT) is an example of white box testing where an electrical probe tests a populated printed circuit board (PCB), checking for shorts, opens, resistance, capacitance, and other basic quantities which will show whether the assembly was correctly fabricated.[1] It may be performed with a bed of nails type test fixture and specialist test equipment, or with a fixtureless in-circuit test setup.
Conformal Coating Machine
Conformal coating machine is used to conform to the contours of a printed circuit board to protect the board’s components. Typically applied at 25-250 μm[1](micrometers) thickness, it is applied to electronic circuitry to protect against moisture, dust, chemicals, and temperature extremes.
X-RAY
Stencil Cleaning Machine
Automatic Glue Filling Machine
Automatic Trigger
X-ray inspection technology, usually referred to Automated X-ray inspection (AXI), is a technology used to inspect the hidden features of target objects or products with X-rays as its source. Nowadays, X-ray inspection is widely used in lots of applications such as medical, industrial control, and aerospace. As for PCB inspection, X-ray is massively used in the process of PCB assembly in order to test the quality of PCBs, which is one of the most important steps for quality-oriented PCB manufacturers.
